By using this site and purchasing any services from Cora Press, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your manuscript or making a payment.

1. Services Offered

Cora Press provides publishing-related services including, but not limited to, editing, branding, marketing, and promotional support. Service descriptions and pricing are provided on our website or at the point of purchase.

2. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Results

Purchasing any service from Cora Press does not guarantee your manuscript will be accepted for publication, nor does it promise any specific results in terms of book sales, visibility, or reviews.

3. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once the submission is received. Due to the time and labor involved in our services, we cannot offer refunds after work has begun.

4. Submission Rights

By submitting a manuscript or related materials to Cora Press, you confirm that you are the legal copyright holder or have been authorized by the copyright holder to submit the work for services.

5. Ownership and Copyright

Submitting a manuscript to Cora Press does not transfer ownership or copyright to us. You retain full rights to your work. Cora Press will only access and use your submission for the sole purpose of providing services requested. We do not publicly distribute or publish your manuscript in any form without your explicit written consent.

6. Public Use of Testimonials

Cora Press reserves the right to publicly reference feedback, testimonials, or success stories submitted by authors, including any submitted images or likenesses, for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

7. Invitation-Only Services

Editorial Review, Stylistic Editing and Developmental Editing services are open to the public. All other services offered by Cora Press such as Copy Editing, Proofreading, branding, marketing, and promotion, are by invitation only and are subject to separate agreements.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Cora Press reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any individual at our sole discretion. If service is declined before work has begun, any payments made will be refunded in full. If service is declined after work has started due to violation of our content standards (see below), a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

9. Content Standards

Cora Press does not accept manuscripts that contain sexually explicit content, gratuitous or graphic violence, or other material we consider inappropriate for our editorial or publishing standards. These standards are determined at the sole discretion of Cora Press and may include moral, or ethical considerations. Submissions that violate these standards may be declined and returned under our right to refuse service. These guidelines apply at all stages, including editorial review.

10. Changes to These Terms

Cora Press reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
